Been made to be a full ‘R’ replica on the outside (I am currently making a rear bumper with a shorter numberplate recess for the 5 digit plate), Porsche Cayenne turbo brakes (6 pot front, 4 pot rears with a twin caliper setup for the handbrake), Airlift performance 3P air ride, Mk7 golf steering wheel, Mk5 GTI seats, Yellow seatbelts various carbon fibre skinned trims.
How long have I owned it, and how did I get it?
Took ownership in June 2022, and it originally came from Looe in Cornwall (my partner was not happy about the 700+ mile road trip to collect it in 1 day!)
How long have you been Interested in VWs?
As long as I can remember! I grew up around various classic cars and my Dad taught me to drive at a young age!
Any interesting holidays and trips you have taken it on?
Nothing overly exciting, however, I would love to do a European road trip to either VW Days in France or Ultrace in Poland
Do you own any other VWs?
This is currently the only VW I own; however, I have previously owned a Mk1 Golf clipper cabriolet.
