I have kept this completely factory stock, so no cool accessories.
How long have I owned it, and how did I get it?
Owned it just shy of 8 years. I won it on an eBay auction, which I wasn’t expecting to win, as it was priced low at the time and I was the only bidder!
How long have you been Interested in VWs?
Have been interested in them since my early teens. My aunt and uncle had a Mk3 Golf and a T25 camper, which then led to my dad getting himself a T25, which he self-converted and then at 17, purchased my first car, which was a Mk1 Golf.
Any interesting holidays and trips you have taken it on?
Nothing too interesting, as I keep my holidays and drives fairly local, but have had some nice drives to Great Yarmouth.
Any other interesting bits about your R32?
At first glance, to most it’s just an MK5 Golf, but under the bonnet sits the stock V6 (VR6) 3.2 litre engine.
Do you own any other VWs?
Only this one currently.
